Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Ingredients for Mince Fry:

  • Mutton mince 250 gm
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Garlic 12 cloves
  • Black peppercorns 20 -25
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Spicy Fish Fingers:

  • Fish fillet, cut into strips 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil deep fry
