Chilli Mili Boti Kabab, Chilli Mili Masala And BBQ Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:

• Onion paste 1 cup
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Brown sugar 1 tbsp
• Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
• Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
• Oil 1-2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chilli Mili Boti Kabab:

• Beef boneless 1/2 kg
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Chopped onion 1
• Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Pomegranate seeds 3-4 tbsp
• Chili mini boti kabab masala 2 tbsp
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Ingredients for Chilli Mili Masala:

• Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
• Cloves 3-4
• Big cardamom 1 tsp
• Small cardamom 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
• Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
• Black peppercorn 2 tbsp
• Red chili paste 2 tbsp
• Green chilies 10 -15
• Papaya paste 1/2 cup
