Ingredients for Strawberry Gelatin Dessert:

  • Biscuits 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Fine chopped strawberries  1 cup
  • Milk   1/2 cup
  • Hot water  1 cup
  • Cream  2 cup
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First put the biscuits crust, put the butter on a baking tray, set it and place it in a preheated oven on 180 degree C take it out then serve.
  2. Now pour water in a bowl, add gelatin powder, baked strawberry jelly then keep it on a side.
  3. Then beat the cream nicely, and keep it away.
  4. Now pour milk in a bowl, add beaten cream, gelatin powder mix in water, sugar,
  5. chopped strawberry and fold it well.
  6. Then put that mixture on baked biscuits, place it in fridge for 4 hours, take it out in a dish then serve.

Ingredients for Peri Peri Roast Chicken:

  • Whole chicken 1 kg
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper  2 tsp
  • Vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Small onion  3
  • Small potatoes  6

For Peri Peri Sauce:

  • Garlic cloves  5
  • Fresh red chilies  3
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder  1 tsp
  • Oregano 2 tsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp
  • Lemon zest  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken with oregano, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, vinegar, salt, and oil.
  2. Now place it on baking tray, add small onions, chopped potatoes, place it in a preheated oven on 200 degree C for baking it 45 minutes.
  3. Now for making peri peri sauce, add garlic sauce, whole red chili, ginger, vinegar, soya sauce, paprika powder, oregano, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt in a blender.
  4. Then put the peri peri sauce on baked chicken, then serve.

Ingredients for Green Chili Sauce:

  • Green chilies  100 gm
  • Vinegar  1 cup
  • Water  1 glass
  • Green food color  a pinch
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Corn flour  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put the green chilies, water, sugar, salt and leave it to cook.
  2. When the green chilies are cooked well then add vinegar, chop it well, filter it.
  3. Now cook that filtered mixture.
  4. After boiling, remove it from pan and fill it in bottle, place it in fridge.
