Ingredients for Ketchup:

  • Red tomato  1 kg
  • Onion  1
  • Water  2 glass
  • Vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Corn flour  1 tsp
  • Crushed garam masala  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of tomatoes.
  2. Now add water, onion, chopped red chili, salt and let them cook.
  3. When the tomato starts to tender then blend them, cook them again.
  4. Then add jaggery.
  5. When the jaggery is saturated then add corn flour to make it thick.
  6. In the end add vinegar, chopped garam masala then turn off the stove.
  7. Delicious tomato ketchup is ready.

Ingredients for Chili Garlic Chicken Rice :

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Red chili paste  2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic and ginger  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce  3 tbsp
  • Onion  1
  • Capsicum  2
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Stew   2 cup
  • Brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper half tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Boiled rice  2 cup
  • Chopped ginger  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Butter 50 gram

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic chops.
  2. When it starts to smell then put the chicken boneless pieces then roast it.
  3. Now add stock, salt and keep its temperature low.
  4. When the chicken is tendered then pour water, add corn flour, black pepper, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, red chili paste then mix it well.
  5. When it becomes thick then add capsicum, onions and turn off the stove.
  6. For making rice, then add butter, garlic chops.
  7. When fragrance comes then add boiled rice, black pepper, salt mix them all.
  8. Take out the rice in a dish and put the chili garlic chicken then serve.

Ingredients for Thai Red Chili Paste:

  • Crushed red chili  1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup  4 tbsp
  • Vinegar  4 tbsp
  • Salt   1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, turn off the stove.
  2. Now put the red chili, tomato ketchup, vinegar and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour oil on its top and mix it.
  4. After that cool it and fill it in bottle.
