Ingredients for Orange Blossom Cake:

  • Butter  4 ounces
  • Orange juice  1 tbsp
  • Rose water  1 tbsp
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup
  • Eggs  2
  • Self raising flour  1 cup
  • Almonds meal  1/4 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup

Orange Blossom Cake Icing:

  • Icing sugar  1 cup
  • Butter softened  1 tsp
  • Orange jelly  1 tbsp
  • Rose water  1 tbsp
  • Water if required  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven on 180 degree C.
  2. Now grease the mini flout tube pan.
  3. Then put the butter, orange juice, rose water, caster sugar, beat it well till it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Now add beaten eggs.
  5. Then add pinch of self rising flour, almond meal, milk mix them well.

Ingredients for Shahi Stuffed Mussalm:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Brown onion  4 tbsp
  • Mince meat  125 gm
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Green chili  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Chili powder  2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Potatoes  4 large
  • Boil eggs  2

Method:

  1. First put the mince in water, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chili, turmeric, boil them, until the mince is tendered well and water dries. Now take it out and keep it on a side.
  2. Deep fry the cubes of potatoes.
  3. Now fill the mince in chicken, with potatoes, then tie the chicken legs with thread.
  4. Marinate the chicken with green chili, chopped green coriander, lemon juice, salt, chopped red chili, ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then pour oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry it on low temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. Then add fried onions, yogurt, garam masala, cook it on low temperature, until the chicken is tendered.
  7. Now add tomatoes for blending, until oil starts to comes up.
  8. In the end garnish it with saffron, boiled eggs, green coriander serve it with hot naan.

  • Chicken  2 kg
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock  1-1/2 cup
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Crushed garlic  1 tbsp
  • Capsicum  1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Boiled macaroni  2 cups
  • Cashew nuts  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce  1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  1/4 cup
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 ounce
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First put the chicken in water, salt, boil it until the chicken tenders.
  2. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic for frying, add boiled chicken fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add stock, worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, chili sauce, ketchup cook it well.
  4. Now cut the capsicum, tomatoes in cubes, for making it thick add cornflour paste.
  5. In the end put the boiled macaroni with cream.
  6. Then take it out in a oven prove dish. Put the butter, cheddar cheese, grill it for 10 minutes.
