Ingredients for Patiyala Murgh:

  • 1 kg chicken biryani piece
  • 1 cup blended onion
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 10 green chilies
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

Ingredients for Teriyaki Wings:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese salt
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
