Ingredients for Lasagna:

• Oil 2 tbsp
• Mince 500 gm
• Onion 1/2 cup
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Tomato puree 2 cup
• Crushed tomato 4
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Dry basil 1-1/2 tbsp
• Fennel 1/2 tsp
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
• Thyme 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1 tsp
  

Ingredients for Cheesy Mixture:

• Cottage cheese 2-1/2 cup
• Egg 1
• Salt 1 tsp
• Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
• Parmesan cheese 4 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Macaroni Salad:

• Elbow macaroni 1/2 packet
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Cream 6 tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Dakhni chilli 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
