Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Cake:

• Flour 225 gm
• Caster sugar 350 gm
• Coco powder 85 gm
• Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
• Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
• Vanilla essence 2 tsp
• Eggs 2
• Milk 250 ml
• Oil 125 ml
• Boil water 250 ml

For Chocolate Ganache:

• Cooking chocolate 200 gm
• Cream 200 ml
  

Ingredients for White Chocolate Biscuits:

• White butter 5 oz
• Brown sugar 5 oz
• Egg 1
• Self raising flour 7 oz
• Salt to taste
• White chocolate chips 4 oz
• Walnut 1 cup
  

Ingredients for Four Season Chocolate Pizza:

For Dough:

• Flour 8 oz
• Egg 1
• Coco powder 2 tbsp
• Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
• Caster sugar 2 oz
• Powder milk 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 pinch

For Filling:

• Cream cheese 200 gm
• Chocolate sauce 2 tbsp
• Condensed milk 4 tbsp
• Brown chocolate chips 1/4 cup
• White chocolate chips 1/4 cup
• Smarties 1/4 cup
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Strawberries 1/2 kg
