Ingredients for Frying Pan Pizza:

For Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Pizza sauce  1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese  1 cup
  • Chopped onion  1 cup
  • Mushroom 4
  • Olives  4
  • Capsicum  1/2 cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1 tsp
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp

For Dough:

  • Egg 1
  • Flour  1/2 -250 grams
  • Yeast  1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Warm water  as required
  • Hot cool  1/2 kg

Method:

  1. Put the chicken boneless. red chili, salt. ginger garlic paste, chaat masala in karahi cover and cook it.
  2. When it is tendered then remove the stove.
  3. For making dough add flour, yeast, oil, salt, sugar, egg and warm water knead it well.
  4. Now knead it again the knead dough to make roti, put it in a pan, put the pizza sauce on it.
  5. After that add chicken, mushroom, olives, capsicum.
  6. Now add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, melt it.
  7. Then put it on a frying pan, put the coals and leave it for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for Nutty Vanilla Cupcakes:

  • Flour  1 cup
  • Icing sugar  1 cup
  • Butter 150 grams
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Egg  2
  • Lemon essence  1/2 tsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Chopped ashrafiyan  1 cup

Method:

  1. Put the filtered flour, baking powder.
  2. Now add chopped sugar, melted butter.
  3. Then add egg, lemon essence then mix it.
  4. Now add filtered flour then fold it.
  5. Then pour milk, mixed nuts, mix them all.
  6. After that place it in oven for baking it 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients for Tandoori Aloo:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Chopped tomatoes  1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Olives  10
  • Cumin seed  1 tsp
  • Red chili 6
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Nut meg  1/4 tsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add small potatoes, fry it well, add onions for making it golden brown.
  2. Now add tomatoes, yogurt.
  3. Along chopped garlic, ginger, cumin, whole red chili, turmeric, nut meg, salt and then roast it.
  4. Now add cheddar cheese, oregano, olives, green coriander, bake it for 10 minutes.
