Ingredients for Jangli Karahi:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Prawn 1/2 kg
  • Quails 4-6
  • Beef boneless 250 gm
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Cream 3/4 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Green chilli 15-20
  • Mix spics 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Special Gajar Ka Halwa:

  • Carrot 2 kg
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Small cardamom 4-6
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Almond 250 gm
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Almond, Pistachio, Raisins for garnish
  • Silver paper for garnish
