Ingredients for Handi Murgh Hara Masala:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 bunch
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Small cardamom 6-8
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed ginger as required

Ingredients for Matar Pulao:

  • Green peas 1-1/2 cup
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Onion pate 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Mix spices as required
  • Nutmeg Mace Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fennel 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
