Beef Mushroom Vegetable Jalfrezi And Beef Pepper Fajita by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Beef Mushroom And Vegetable Jalfrezi:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Mushroom  cup
  • Green beans 1/2 cup
  • Carrots 1-2
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Capsicum 1-2
  • Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste for frying, then add beef, tomatoes, onions for frying.
  2. Now add mushrooms, green beans, for frying.
  3. Then add carrot, peas, cabbage, green chilies, capsicum, stir fry it well, then add red chilies, chopped garam masala, turmeric, salt, tomato paste, soya sauce,  roast it well.
  4. Now  pour water, so that the chicken is tendered well.
  5. Then add corn flour with water, mix it well, cook it so that the mixture becomes thick.
  6. In the end dish out and then serve.


Ingredients For Beef Pepper Fajita:

  • Beef strips 1/2 kg
  • Long buns  4-5
  • Onion  1
  • Garlic  4-5 cloves
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Red chili paste  1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Capsicum  1
  • Green chilies  2-3 sticks
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Oregano  a pinch
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Salad leaves chili garlic sauce 

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, for frying.
  2. Add beef, stir fry it and change its color.
  3. Add wooster shire sauce, chopped black pepper, capsicum, green chilies, salt, lemon juice,  mix it well then roast it.
  4. Now add oregano, green onion, fry it for 2 to 3 minutes take it out.
  5. Then take a long bun, fill its center and put salad leave on its top, some chili garlic sauce for garnishing, then serve.
