Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Cheese Cake:

• Chocolate chips cookies 250 gm
• Butter 100 gm
• Cream cheese 300 gm
• Caster sugar 75 gm
• Coconut powder 1/2 cup
• Chocolate 100 gm
• Banana 4
• Gelatin 2 tbsp
• Water 1/4 cup
• Cream 1 packet
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
• Chocolate sauce as required
  

Ingredients for Chocolate Meringue Pie:

• Digestive biscuits 200 gm
• White butter 4 tbsp
• Coco powder 2 tbsp

For Filing:

• Egg yolk 3
• Caster sugar 4 tbsp
• Corn flour 4 tbsp
• Milk 2 cup
• Chocolate 100 gm

For Meringue:

• Egg white 2
• Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
• Caster sugar 3 oz
• Cream of tartar 1 pinch
  

Ingredients for One Bowl Chocolate Brownie:

• Cooking chocolate 100 gm
• White butter 6 oz
• Caster sugar 2 cup
• Eggs 3
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Flour 1 cup
• Walnut 1 cup
