Ingredients for Handi Daal Chana:

  • Bengal gram 2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leaf 6-8
  • Garlic 2 clove
  • Whole red chilli 3-4
  • Salt to taste
  • tomato 3
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Tandoori Motia Tikka:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cucumber for serving
  • Onion rings for serving

Ingredients for Sabzi Raita:

  • Potato 1
  • Cucumber 1/2
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilli 1-2
  • Curry leaves 3-1
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Crushed red chilli 2 pinch
  • Salt to taste
