Ingredients For Mirch Gosht:
1 kg mutton
10 green chilies
2 tbsp green chili paste
6 green cardamoms
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 kg tomatoes
2 tsp mustard
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
4 cloves
2 onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp fennel powder
1 cup oil
salt as required
Method:
Pour water, add turmeric, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste boil it well.
When the smell starts to come then pour oil add cumin, clove, green cardamom, salt, tomato. Along onions and cover it.
When the masala is roasted well then roast it well again.
Now add green chilies, chopped fennel seeds, mustard simmer it for 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Jalebi Paratha:
1 kg white flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp salt
water to knead
Sesame seeds to knead
Ghee to knead
Method:
Put the white flour, sugar, ghee, salt, water and knead it, leave it for 2 hours.
Now make the portions of it and fry it in ghee, roll it in long size.
Then make its three pieces, roll it like jalebi, then put them on each other, After that place it in fridge for half hour.
Now sprinkle some sesame seed and fry it in ghee.
Ingredients For Sultani Daal:
375 grams yellow lentils
1 cup yogurt
1/2 kg chicken karhai piece
1 tbsp chopped garlic
4 cloves
4 green cardamoms
2 tsp cumin
10 curry leaves
1 tsp salt
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 cups milk
1 cup oil
Method:
Put the yellow lentils in water for whole night.
After that pour milk, boil it well. When the lentil is tendered then beat it well.
Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic cloves. Then add chicken pieces roast them well till they turn to golden color.
Then add yogurt, cloves, green cardamom, cumin, salt, chopped red chili, turmeric, curry leaves, roast it well.
Now pour water and simmer it for 10 minute, then turn off the stove.
