Ingredients For Safoof:

  • Semolina  250 gm
  • Sugar  100 gm
  • Butter  100 gm
  • Egg  3
  • Baking powder  2 tsp
  • Baking soda  1/2 tsp
  • Almonds  as required 

Ingredients For Syrup:

  • Sugar  1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice  2-3 tbsp
  • Kewra essence  few drops
  • Water  1 cup

Ingredients For Mughli:

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Star anise powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Dry fruits  for garnish

Ingredients For Sayadieh:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Seven spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Beef stock 1 liter
  • Pine nut 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients For Seven Spice powder:

  • Black pepper  2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp
  • Cloves  4-5
  • Nutmeg  2
  • Cinnamon  2-3 sticks
  • Green cardamom  2-3
