Ingredients For Brownie With Hot Sauce:
Corn flour 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg 3
Salt 1 pinch
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Butter 100 grams
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Grinded chocolate 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients For Original Crispy Chicken:
Chicken with skin 1 kg
Egg 2
Milk 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying as required
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Method:
Add chicken pieces in pan marinate it by pouring milk, salt, black pepper, Chinese salt, paprika powder, baking powder, leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
Now add flour, salt, garlic powder and mix it.
Then add chicken pieces, coat it with dry flour.
After that dip it into egg and milk mixture.
Then coat it with flour, deep fry it in hot oil.
Ingredients For Coleslaw:
Chopped cabbage 1
Chopped carrot 1
Onion 1
Milk 4 tbsp
Buttermilk 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper
Mayonnaise
Method:
Pour milk in a pan, add butter milk, salt, sugar, black pepper, mayonnaise mix it well.
Now add onions, chopped cabbage, carrot mix it well.
Ingredient For Potato Salad:
Roasted potatoes 4
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Caster sugar 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Carrot 1
Coriander 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
Put mayonnaise, chopped sugar, mustard powder, vinegar, salt, black pepper mix it well.
Then add roasted potatoes, carrots, mix it well.
Along green coriander.
