Ingredients For Kobah:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 1
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Boiled rice 2 cup
Saffron 1 pinch
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Egg 2
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Put the mince, garlic paste, onions in pan for frying.
Then add boiled peas, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, roast it again.
When the mixture turns to dry.
Add the pinch of saffron, turmeric powder, boil it well.
When the rice becomes ready, then mash them.
Now put the mince mixture in center of the rice, and make balls of it, coat with bread crumbs.
In the end fry it, take it out then serve.
Ingredients For Flat Bread:
White flour 2 cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Icing sugar 1 cup
Butter 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Method:
Pour water in a pan, heat it add yeast, mix it well then leave it.
When the yeast is saturated, put it in a mixing bowl.
Along icing sugar, flour, baking powder, olive oil and salt.
Knead the dough, fold it with plastic, put it in hot area for 2 to 3 hours.
Then grease the baking tray with ghee or oil.
Then spread the dough.
Then brush it with olive oil.
Now place it in a preheated oven for baking it 15 to 20 minutes.
In the end take it out then serve.
Ingredients For Kobah Shundir:
Onion 2
Tomato 5 to 6
Turnip 2 to 3
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil, add onions for frying.
Then add tomatoes, roast them.
Add chopped black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, chopped coriander, paprika powder, salt then cook it.
Then pour water, cook it till it become soft.
Now add ready Kobah Shundir, simmer it with light hand.
When it is simmered then dish out it and then serve.
