Party Roll, Lebanese Boti And Pineapple Chiffon by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Party Roll:

  • Beef undercut  300 gm
  • Mushrooms  1/2 cup
  • Capsicum  1
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Onion  1
  • Cheddar cheese  8 slices
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Hotdog paste  4
  • Tomato paste  2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Iceberg Lettuce  half
  • Oil  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil, add beef slices, garlic paste,  beef slices fry it till it turns to golden color.
  2. Then add mushroom slices, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, worcester sauce, cook it on high temperature.
  3. Now cut it from center, paste mayonnaise, heat it on pan.
  4. Then add chopped iceberg, cooked beef, onions, capsicum, cheddar cheese, fold it again, place it on oven tray.
  5. Place it in oven for 200 degree C bake it for 3 to 4 minutes, serve it hot.

Ingredients For Lebanese Boti:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Salt  to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Onion  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Oregano powder  1/2 tsp
  • Thyme powder  1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Thick yogurt  125 gm
  • Egg yolk  2
  • Butter  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken into long cubes.
  2. Now put the chicken, add garlic paste, salt, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, oregano powder, thyme, tomato ketchup, yogurt, take out the water, add egg white and marinate it.
  3. Now put the chicken cubes into skewers, grill it on BBQ equipment on low temperature.
  4. When the pieces are dried well and turn to golden color, then take out in plates.
  5. Turn the onions brown, brush oil on its top or with ghee, then serve it.

Ingredients For Pineapple Chiffon

  • Pineapple  1 cup
  • Gelatin powder  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  125 gm
  • Icing sugar  2 tbsp
  • Water  1 cup
  • Egg whites  2
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup

Method:

  1. First heat the water, add sugar.
  2. When the sugar is tendered well then add gelatin powder.
  3. When it is mixed well then take it out and cool it.
  4. Now beat egg white with electric beater in a bowl, until the color becomes dim.
  5. Then add sugar syrup, mix it well with electric beater, When it is hot then put the ice cubes in a bowl, add syrup in a bowl, so that it become cool.
  6. Then mix it with egg white.
