Ingredients For Claypot Rice:
Boiled rice 1/2 kg
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Tomato 1/2 kg
Potato 2
Egg plant 2
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Star anise 4
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped black pepper, cumin, star anise, salt in a clay pot.
When the smell starts to come then put the onions make them golden brown.
Then add chicken, egg plant, potato cover it.
Then add potatoes, tomato, red chilies, ginger garlic paste roast them for a while.
Then add boiled rice, milk, simmer it for 10 minutes, then mix it.
Ingredients For Dhoodhi Ka Halwa:
Bottle gourd 2 kg
Khoya 1/2 kg
Dry milk powder 1/2 kg
Cardamom 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 6
Almond & pistachio 50 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Ghee 250 gm
Green food color 1/2 tsp
Method:
Boil the bottle gourd.
Now pour ghee, add cardamom. When the smell starts to come then add boiled bottle gourd, then roast it.
Now add dry milk. pour water.
Then add boiled sugar.
After that add milk, green color, desiccated coconut, roast it well.
In the end add khoya and garnish it with almonds and pistachios then serve.
Ingredients For Keema Kachoor:
Onions 250 gram
Mince meat 1 kg
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole round chilies 10
Mango powder 50 grams
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Tomatoes 250 grams
Whole Turmeric 1 piece
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil half cup
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, mince, cover and keep its flame low.
Pour water, whole red chilies, whole mango powder, cumin, whole turmeric, salt cover and cook it.
When all the masala is tendered then blend it.
After that add mince cook it on low temperature then roast it.
In the end add green coriander, green chilies for garnishing then turn off the stove.
