Seafood Lunch, Butter Mutton And Chicken Bread by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Butter Mutton:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Butter  100 gm
  • Onion chopped  2
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Nutmeg mace powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Kewra water  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First put the chopped onions.
  2. Now pour butter and heat it well, add chopped red chilies, chopped coriander, chopped cumin fry it for few minutes, till it shows green color.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, mutton, roast it till its color changes.
  4. Now add chopped onions, roast it well for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Then add chopped coriander, turmeric, chopped star anise, yogurt, salt, water cover and let it cook.
  6. Remove its cover after 25 to 30 minutes, add kewra, heat it high and roast and mix it, then serve.

Ingredients For Chicken bread:

  • Chicken breast  2
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  2 tbsp
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Egg beaten  2
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Red pepper  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken breast into layers, press it with steak hammer.
  2. Now put salt, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, mustard paste, chopped red chili, worcester sauce on chicken breast.
  3. Now coat the chicken in dry flour.
  4. Now put beaten egg, dip it and pour oil for shallow frying it.
  5. When both changes its color then add boiled vegetables, or serve it with sauce.

Ingredients For Seafood Lunch:

  • Macaroni boiled  1/4 packet
  • Prawns chopped  200 gm
  • Fish chopped  200 gm
  • Orange  1
  • Salt  to taste
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise  4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream  4 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Capsicum  1
  • Parsley chopped  1/4 bunch
  • Tomato ketchup  3 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the 1 packet of macaroni and keep it on a side.
  2. Now put the fish, prawns and chop it. Then pour oil add garlic paste, fish, prawns, fry it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Then add chopped capsicum, chopped parsley, oregano, orange mix it for 1 to 2 minute.
  4. Now sprinkle salt, chopped black pepper, boiled macaroni, tomato ketchup, fresh cream, mayonnaise mix it and serve it hot.
