Ingredients For Shakarqandi Aur Gajar Ki Kheer

  • Boiled shakarqandi  4
  • Grated carrot  4
  • Sugar  1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh milk  1 liter
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Small cardamom  6
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Boiled and almonds  10
  • Boiled and pistachio  15-20
  • Condensed milk  1/2 tin

Method:

  1. Peel the boiled shakarqandi.
  2. Now pour milk, sugar, small cardamom, shakarqandi then cook it.
  3. When the sugar is saturated add grated carrot, then stir the spoon.
  4. When the kheer becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  5. Then cool it, add khoya, mix the condensed milk.
  6. In the end add boiled almonds, pistachio, serve it chill.

Ingredients For Achaar Gosht:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes  5
  • Garlic  8 cloves
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Whole red chilies  8
  • Yogurt  as required
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Onion seeds  1 tsp
  • Cooking oil  1 cup
  • Chopped onion  3
  • Dry mango powder  5
  • Green chilies  4

To Fill Chilies:

  • Mustard seeds  2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Lemons  2

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now add beef, sprinkle salt and turmeric.
  3. When the water dries, add yogurt, fennel seeds, whole coriander, water, dry mango powder, whole red chilies, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, roast it well.
  4. After that pour water and tender the beef.
  5. Now put the mustard, fennel seeds, cumin, coriander for roasting.
  6. Then put lemon juice on it.
  7. After that put green chilies, fill the roasted and chopped masala.
  8. Now pour oil in a pan, fry the chilies, put it in salan simmer it for 5 minutes then serve.

Ingredients For Chutney Walay Aloo Gobhi:

  • Potatoes 5
  • Cauliflower  1 flower
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Mustard powder  2 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Lemons  2
  • Green chilies  8
  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Fresh red chilies  8
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel it and make its cubes.
  2. Now pour oil add potato cubes, fry and take it out.
  3. Then pour oil add garlic cloves, make them golden brown.
  4. Now add cabbage, turmeric, stir fry it well.
  5. After that add green chilies, white cumin, fresh red chilies, add cabbage.
  6. Then put the fried potatoes, lemon juice, chopped mustard, chopped ginger simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. In the end add green chilies then serve.
