Ingredients For Chutney Peanut Kabab:

  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Onion  250 grams
  • Garam Masala  2 tsp
  • Garlic  10 pieces
  • Bread slice  4
  • Green chili  10
  • Salt  as required
  • Egg  1  
  • Oil for frying  as required

For Peanut Chutney:

  • Chopped peanuts  1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Snow White Dessert:

  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Milk  1 liter
  • Pineapple jelly  1 tin
  • Pineapple  1 tin
  • Tapioca  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Banana 4
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Walnuts  100 grams
  • Water 1 glass

Method:

  1. Pour water in a pan and add tapioca.
  2. When it is tendered then pour milk, let it cook.
  3. Then add tapioca, sugar, let it cook.
  4. When the sugar is saturated add corn flour, water, milk.
  5. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  6. Now add cream, pineapple, chopped vanilla essence.
  7. Cook the Pineapple jelly, cool it and put is also.
  8. In the end add walnuts then serve.

Ingredients For Dhaba Anda Ghotala:

  • Egg  6
  • Chopped onion  250 grams
  • Chopped tomatoes  250 grams
  • Green chili  4
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make them soft.
  2. Now add tomatoes, green chilies, black pepper, salt, cumin, chopped red chilies, chopped garlic, cover it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add beaten eggs roast it well.
  4. In the end add green coriander then serve.
