Ingredients For Mughlai Keema Masala:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4 chopped
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted coriander  2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  2 tsp
  • Almonds grounded  2  tbsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tsp
  • Tomato puree  1/2 cup
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped fresh mint  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions for frying, until it turns to light golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, whole garam masala, chopped red chili, salt, chopped and crushed cumin, turmeric, garam masala, yogurt, fry it well.
  3. Then put the mince, yogurt roast them together.
  4. In the end put chopped almonds, pistachios and raisins cover and simmer it.
  5. Then put the mint, chopped green chilies, serve it hot with rice or with naan.

Ingredients For Chocolate Chips Blondies:

  • Brown sugar  1 1/2 cup
  • Butter  4 ounces
  • Eggs  2
  • Vanilla   1 tsp
  • Flour  1 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate powder  1 cup
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Put the brown sugar, butter, beaten egg, vanilla essence and beat it, until they are mixed well.
  2. Now put flour, baking powder, salt mix it again.
  3. Then put it in brown sugar mixture.
  4. Now add chocolate chips in 13x9 inch pan bake it for 20 minutes.
  5. Then take it out in a wiring, cool it, cut it in bars then serve.

Ingredients For Chicken And Cheese Paratha:

For Dough:

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water as required
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Onion  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tsp
  • Chicken breast  1
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  2 chopped
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese grated  1 cup

Method:

  1. For making dough: Take a wheat, flour, salt, sugar. water, oil mix them all and make its dough with milk.
  2. Now cover it with wet cloth and cover it for 30 minutes.
  3. For making filling: Pour oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies for frying, until the onions turns to light golden.
  4. Then make the cubes of chicken breast, put salt, chopped cumin, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies mix it well, cook it until it becomes ready, then remove it from stove.
  5. Now knead the dough for 1 minutes and make its 8 pieces.
  6. Then put grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Then fold it and oil it with brush.
  8. Then sprinkle the flour, put it in oil for frying, until it turns to golden brown.
