Ingredients For Fried Pancake Cake:

  • Icing sugar  4 tbsp
  • Flour  3 cup
  • Milk  3 cup
  • Egg  3
  • Salt  1 pinch
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Oil  as required

For Filling:

  • Chocolate  250 grams
  • Butter  50 grams
  • Mixed dry fruit  1 cup
  • Cream  2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Cherry or strawberry  for garnishing

Ingredients For Pahari Murgh Makai Pulao:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Sweet corn  1 tin
  • Green chili paste  4 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Onion  2
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Black pepper 2
  • Bay leaves  2
  • Potatoes  2
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Oil/ghee  1 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp

  • Tamarind pulp  2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  2 tsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste  1 tsp

  • Chopped red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Tomatoes  250 grams
  • Green chili, green coriander  for garnishing
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Onion  2
