Ingredients For Thai Soup:
Chicken breast 1
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Egg beaten 1/4
Chicken stock 6 cups
Ginger julian 1 tbsp
Green chilies whole 4
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Tabasco 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Boiled rice 1 cup
Method:
Put the chicken breast slices, salt, white chilies, soya sauce, corn flour, beaten egg marinate it.
Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped ginger fry it for 1 minute.
Then add chicken stock, When the chicken stock boils then put the marinated chicken, lemon juice, Tabasco, cook it for 5 minutes, until chicken is tendered.
Before serving, put fried rice add green coriander.
Ingredients For Garlic Prawns:
Prawns 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Garlic 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Spring onion leaves 3 tbsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
Put the prawns, add salt, sugar, white chilies, soya sauce, corn flour, flour, eggs marinate it.
Now put the prawns deep fry it for 5 minutes, keep it on a side.
Pour sauce, oil add chopped garlic fry it, until they turn brown.
Now add chopped green chilies, ketchup, vinegar, stock.
When the stock starts to boil then add sauce, make the corn flour paste thick.
Before serving fry the prawns.
Then add green onions, curry leaves, chopped green coriander for garnishing.
Ingredients For Pickled Fish:
Pomfret one 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Bean sprout 1/2 tbsp
Ginger julian 2 tbsp
Chicken sauce 1 cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method:
Put the pomfret, add white chilies, flour, egg then marinate it.
Now put the fish in hot oil for deep frying, make it crispy golden brown, then take it out and keep it on a aside.
Pour oil in a pan, add ginger, chopped onions, fry it for 2 minutes.
Then add chopped cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, salt, white pepper, ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chicken stock cook it for 2 minutes.
For making the sauce thick put corn flour paste, chopped green coriander, green onion leaves.
Then pour sauce on the deep fried fish, then serve it hot.
Ingredients For Chicken Pineapple:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg cubes
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Egg half beaten
Cucumber 1
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Spring onion leaves 1/2 cup
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Stock 1 cup
Pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup
Pineapple syrup 1/2 cup
Corn flour tbsp
Method:
Put chicken cubes, sprinkle salt, sugar, white chilies, corn flour, beaten egg then marinate it.
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic for making it brown.
Then add marinated chicken saute it for 5 minutes.
Now put the cucumber cubes, carrot, chopped capsicum, green onion, salt, sugar, pineapple pieces, pineapple syrup, stock and cook it for 5 minute.
Put the corn flour in sauce make it thick paste.
