Ingredients For Square Paratha:
White flour 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Clarified butter for frying as required
Method:
First pour water in a food processor, ghee, salt, white flour then mix it.
Knead it, make its small portions, roll out it and pour ghee, make another portion.
In the end roll out them and slightly steam them.
Ingredients For Pizza Topping Omelette:
Eggs 4
Boiled chicken 1 cup
Mushroom 4
Olives 4
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Method:
Put the egg, black pepper, salt, oregano beat it.
Now add capsicum, boiled chicken, cheddar cheese, soya sauce.
Then pour oil, add egg mixture keep it on low temperature.
Then put olives and mushrooms.
When it turns to brown from one side then change its side.
Ingredients For Stuffed French Toast:
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Chopped cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Oil as required
Bread slices 6
For Filling:
Cream cheese 1 cup
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Banana 2
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Chocolate sauce 4 tbsp
Ingredients For Desi Omelette:
Eggs 4
Medium onion 1
Tomato 1
Green chili 2
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chopped red chili 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add salt, chopped black pepper, beaten egg, mix them all.
Now add chopped onion,s tomatoes, chopped mints.
Then pour oil in a frying pan, add egg in it.
When it turns to brown then serve it with roti or paratha.
