Ingredients For Sticky Rice With Mango In Coconut Sauce:

  • Sticky rice  150 grams
  • Suree foods coconut milk  300 ml
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Fresh or canned mangoes  1 (sliced)
  • Coconut cream  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put rice, water and cook it well.
  2. Now put coconut milk, sugar, salt, mix it well and put the mixture on it cook it for 20 minutes, until it becomes dry.
  3. Then make it cool, give the shape of rice.
  4. Then spread the rice, put mango slices on its top.
  5. Then put coconut cream, then serve.

Ingredients For Sago Pudding:

  • 50 grams tapioca
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 500 grams milk
  • 150 grams cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Suree foods coconut milk  1/2 cup
  • 15 grams gelatin powder 

Method:

  1. Take a gelatin powder in a pan, pour water and make it soft.
  2. Then pour milk, cream, coconut milk, cook it well.
  3. Now add tapioca, add sugar cook it well.
  4. When it becomes thick then add gelatin.
  5. In the end beat the cream, mix it well.
  6. Then take out it in a glass then fill it, then cool it.

Ingredients For Chinese Donuts With Honey:

  • 25 grams butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 75 grams oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • Oil  for frying
  • Honey  as required

Method:

  1. Take a flour, sugar, oil, water, butter, egg, sesame seeds, baking powder, mix it well and give it shape of dough.
  2. Now make small balls, fry it in oil. Coat it with honey.
