Ingredients for Vegetable Shashlik:

  • Potato 4-5
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot 3
  • Coal 2
  • Oil as required

For Sauce:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/3 cup
  • Corn flour as required

Ingredients for Crispy Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken 750 gm
  • French fries 1 packet
  • Dinner roll 2 packet
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Ketchup as required
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder to taste
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 cup

For Coleslaw:

  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Cabbage 1
  • Raisins 1/3 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • Carrot 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1

Ingredients for Fried Rice:

  • Rice 1-1/2 cup
