Ingredients For Tender Chicken Nuggets:

  • 1 kg chicken boneless
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put chicken boneless pieces, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, milk, mix it well and let it cool for 2 hours.
  2. Now press it with hand nicely, so that the masala can be absorb well.
  3. Then add beaten eggs, coat the chicken, cornflakes fry the chicken pour oil.

Ingredients For Dry Milk Bread Pudding:

  • 6 fried bread slices
  • 1 packet cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 250 grams khoya
  • 1/2 cups chopped cashew nuts
  • 50 grams butter

Method:

  1. Put the fired butter slice in chopper, make bread crumbs.
  2. Now pour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla essence, butter, dry milk beat it with batter.
  3. Then add bread crumbs and fold it.
  4. Now put it in a oven proof dish, add coconut, chopped cashew nuts, bake it for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
