Ingredients For Banana Dessert:
6 banana
1/2 liter fresh milk
1 cup sugar
1 packet coffee
1 packet fresh cream
2 tbsp corn flour
1 cup walnuts
Method:
Pour fresh milk, sugar cook it well.
When the sugar is saturated, pour milk, corn flour with milk, stir it continuously.
When it becomes thick then beat it to cool.
Then put fresh cream, put coffee and beat it add corn flour and put custard.
After that place it in fridge make it cool and put the ready custard in a bowl.
Then add banana slices, cream, chopped walnuts, cool it and then serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Karelay:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Bitter gourd 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 3-4
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Now put salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, white cumin mix it well, put the mixture on chicken, leave it for 1 hour.
Now peal the bitter gourd, take out its seeds and make its small pieces.
Then add chopped turmeric, salt, place them in heat for 1 hour.
Pour oil in a pan, simmer it on low temperature, add chopped onions make them golden brown.
Then wash the bitter gourd with water, and dry its water, fry it in same oil.
After that put the marinated chicken with masala in pan and add onion cover it and keep it on low temperature.
When the chicken tenders roast it lightly.
Along 3-4 chopped tomatoes and cover it.
When the tomato is tendered well then roast it by sprinkling green coriander, cover and simmer it for 5 minutes.
Ingredients For Vegetable Jalfrezi:
Peas 1 cups
Green coriander 1 bunch
Cabbage 1
Chopped potatoes 2
Carrots 2
Onions 2
Green chilies 3
Capsicum 3
Red chilies 3-4
Oil 1/2 cup
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First put red chilies, pour oil, heat it slightly.
Then put chopped carrots, peas, cabbage, onions stir fry them.
Now put the chopped ginger, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper.
After that add potatoes deep fry them, make them golden brown, put vegetables on its top.
Then add chopped white pepper, tomato paste, tomato sauce, chopped and crushed white cumin simmer it for 10 minutes.
In the end add chopped green coriander and serve it with rice.
