Ingredients for Makhni Tikka Karahi:

  • Chicken tikka pieces 6
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 20-25
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger 3/4 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Keema Kaleji Karahi:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Chicken kaleji 6-8
  • Onion 1 big
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Kali Mirch Raita:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Paray Wali Lassi:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Paray 250 gm
  • Ice as required
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
