Ingredients for Keema Pao:

  • Mutton mince 750 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2-3
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 3/4 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted coriander, Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Kachri powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion ring for serving
  • Chutney for serving

For Pao:

  • Water 3 cup
  • Flour 7 cup
  • Yeast 7 gm
  • Butter 7 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Milk or Egg as required

Ingredients for Dry Fruit Kulfi:

  • Pistachio 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Bread slice 1 slice
  • Small cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
