Ingredients For Raisin Bread:

  • Flour 400 gm
  • Yeast 20 gm
  • Butter 20 gm
  • Sugar 20 gm
  • Egg 2
  • Salt 10 gm
  • Raisin 50 gm
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. First dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
  2. When it is saturated well then add raisin, beaten egg and salt.
  3. Then add flour, knead it well to make the dough soft. Keeping in mind that dough should not be hard.
  4. Now grease the pan with oil. Fold the ready dough, put it into mold, keeping in mind that it should not be filled fully. Now cover it and let it leave to rise.
  5. When it starts to rise, then bake it on 250 degree C.
  6. After 10 minutes, place it in oven on 200 degree C.
  7. When it becomes golden color then take it out then serve it.

Ingredients For Chicken Vegetable Lasagna:

  • Lasagna sheet boiled 1/2 packet
  • Chicken breast chopped 2
  • Onion chopped  1
  • Cauliflower half
  • Cabbage 1/4 piece
  • Button mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Celery stick chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Tomato paste 6 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Cheddar cheese grated 100 gm
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 50 gm

Method:

  1. First, add oil, garlic chopped and onion in one karahi pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Then add small pieces of chicken breast. When color of chicken changes and cooked well, then add cauliflower, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and chopped celery sticks.
  3. After 1 to minutes, add tomato paste, black pepper powder, crushed red pepper, chilli garlic sauce, oregano and thyme and roast for 2 to 3 minutes. When it dries well, close stove and keep aside.
  4. In separate pan, add butter, add flour and roast it.
  5. Then cook milk carefully.
  6. When the milk is cooked well then make it thick, add sugar, salt and black pepper.
  7. In the end add grated cheese, turn off the stove.
  8. Now spread the lasagna sheet in oven proof dish.
  9. Then spread the mixture of chicken and vegetables and spread the white sauce on its top. Now repeat it again.
  10. Spread the white sauce on it. Place it in oven for baking it 200 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. When it turns to golden color then cut it and serve.
