Ingredients For Dahi Bhuna Kofta:

To make the meat balls:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Peanuts 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • Round chilies 6
  • Onion  2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp

For Gravy making:

  • Yogurt 430 grams
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chopped red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Oil  half cup
  • Green chilies and green coriander as required

Method:

  1. For making kofta, pour oil in a pan,add chopped cumin, peanuts, chilies then roast it.
  2. Now add mince, chopped and crushed masala, ginger garlic paste, salt grind it well.
  3. Then add mix the egg and make kofta.
  4. For making gravy, put the yogurt, fried onions, chaat masala, chopped red chilies, lemon juice, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste in a grinder.
  5. Now pour oil add curry leaves.
  6. When the smell starts to come then add yogurt mixture for roasting.
  7. Then pour water and mince, cook it on low temperature.
  8. After that remove it from stove, add green chilies and green coriander.

Ingredients For Wings Aloo:

  • Wings 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Chopped garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger and garlic 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry the onions lightly in a pan, add yogurt grind it well.
  2. Now put the garam masala, salt, turmeric, dry fenugreek, red chili, chopped coriander, cumin, ginger garlic and roast them.
  3. Then add wings, potatoes, for roasting. After that pour water and keep its temperature low, cook it for half an hour.
  4. When the syrup becomes thick, then add green chilies, turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Bhuna Keema Karahi:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Green chilies 10
  • Chopped cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Round chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 bulb
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Onion 250 grams
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic and green chilies for coating.
  2. When the smell starts to come then add mince roast it on low temperature.
  3. Then add tomatoes and onions.
  4. After that add chopped cumin, whole coriander, chilies, salt, turmeric cook it on low flame.
  5. When the water dries then add chopped coriander, turn off the stove.
