Ingredients For Chicken Egg Rolls:

Pan Cake:

  • Flour  2 cups
  • Eggs  3
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Water  to make batter

For Filling:

  • Chicken breast  1
  • Cabbage 2 cup
  • Carrot  1
  • Beans sprout  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic chopped  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put flour, egg, salt, water in a bowl to make the batter.
  2. Grease the non stick frying pan, make the pan cakes.
  3. Now take out them after filling, roll them and deep fry it, until they turn to golden color, make them crisp.
  4. For making filling, pour oil add ginger garlic paste, chicken breast, soya sauce, salt, ketchup, cook it for 5 minute.
  5. Now add cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, cook it for 5 minute.
  6. Take out the filling, cool it and fill it in pan cake, fold it in rolls, deep fry it.

Ingredients For Schezwan Chicken:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Egg white  1
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cabbage  1
  • Garlic  1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce  1 tbsp
  • Stock  1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, white cumin, egg white, corn flour and oil, mix it well.
  2. Now deep fry it for hot oil.
  3. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic for frying, until it becomes golden brown.
  4. Then add chopped carrots, capsicum, cabbage, fry it for 5 minute.
  5. Now add chicken, chili sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, oyster sauce, make stock and boil it.
  6. Then add corn flour make its paste thick, then serve.

Ingredients Sizzling Chicken Manchurian:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Egg white  1
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Stock  1 cup
  • Garlic crushed  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Spring onion  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, white chilies, egg white, corn flour, oil mix them well, deep fry it for 5 minutes. Now take them out and keep it on a side.
  2. Then pour oil add garlic for frying, until it turns to golden color.
  3. Now add vinegar, add chutney, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, chicken and stock, cook it well, until they are boiled.
  4. For making thick add corn flour paste, add chopped green onion, garnish it then serve.
