Ingredients for Shawarma:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • HP sauce 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Pita bread 2 packet
  • Long bun 2-3

For Achari Vegetables:

  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Cabbage 1
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Chilli sauce 4 tbsp

For Hummus:

  • White chickpeas 1 cup
  • Tahni sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Tutti Fruit Falooda:

  • Falooda vermicelli as required
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Red sharbat 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry ice cream 1/2 liter
  • Mix fruit tin 1 cup
  • Black raisins 2 tbsp
  • Green, Red ashrafiyan 4 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds, pistachio 2-3 tbsp
  • Red jelly as required
