Ingredients For Chicken Aala King With Pasta:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Grated cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

For Pasta Making:

  • Boiled pasta  /2 packet
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup

Ingredients For Karahi Biryani:

  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves  2
  • Green cardamom  6
  • Dried plum 50 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chicken make it golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili, turmeric, chopped coriander, cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, small cardamom, salt, dried plum, tomatoes roast it on high flame.
  3. Then add lemon juice, green chilies, chopped ginger garlic, chopped mint, boiled rice.
  4. In the end put fried onions on top, simmer it for 20 minutes, then serve it.

Ingredients For Korma:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  250 grams
  • Fry onion 1 cup
  • Almonds 10
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron essence 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Cardamoms  4
  • Whole black peppers  10
  • Bay leaf  1
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  as required
  • Chopped coriander  as required

Method:

  1. Add yogurt, onions, saffron, kewra, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, curry leaves, whole black pepper, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped almonds then mix them all.
  2. Now add chicken pieces, mix it then freeze it.
  3. Take it out from fridge before cooking and keep it outside for 30 minutes, pour oil then roast it.
  4. Now pour 2 glass water then keep its temperature low.
  5. When the chicken tenders then add green chilies, green coriander then serve.
