Ingredients For Bhuna Qeema:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Papaya 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Yogurt 250 gm
Oil 3/4
Coal 1 piece
Onion 1
Lemon 1
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Green chilies 5-6
Method:
Take a mince, add papaya, salt, turmeric, chopped red chili, chopped coriander, cumin, garam masala, ginger, garlic, onion chop it well.
After that add yogurt mix it well, now add coals and simmer it.
Pour oil in a pan, add mince mixture, Now roast it tender the mince, when the oil starts comes up.
Now take it out in a serving dish, serve it with hot roti.
Ingredients For Loki Ka Custard:
Milk 1 liter
Custard powder 3-4 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Bottle gourd 1/2 kg
Cardamom 1 tsp
Method:
Pour milk in a pan, cook it well, add grated bottle gourd mix it well.
After that add sugar and let it cook for a while.
Then add custard powder in a milk, make it thick, then cook.
In the end add cardamom mix it.
Then take it out in a dish and take it out in a fridge.
Cool it then serve.
Ingredients For Sulemani Roti:
Flour 250 gm
Salt to taste
Water to knead
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a flour in a bowl add salt, oil mix it well, water knead it well.
After that make portions roll it out, make roti.
Ingredients For Khatt Mitth Lassi:
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Curry leaves 4
Ice cubes as required
Method:
Put yogurt, green coriander, green chilies, mint, cumin, salt, sugar, curry leaves, ice cubes then blend it well.
After that take it out in a glass, serve cold.
