Chicken Karahi And Strawberry Colada by Chef Tahira Mateen

Ingredients for Chicken Karahi:

• Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
• Oil 1 cup
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Tomato 1/2 kg
• Yogurt 1/4 cup
• Whole green chillies 8-10
• Salt to taste
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Crushed coriander 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
• Chopped ginger 2 inch
• Naan, Raita, Salad for serving

Ingredients for Strawberry Colada:

• Fresh strawberry chunks 1/4 cup
• Strawberry puree 2 tbsp
• Condensed milk 2 tbsp
• Sugar syrup 2-3 tbsp
• Pineapple juice 2 cup
• Ice as required
