Ingredients for Mutton Karahi:

  • Mutton 1-1/2 kg
  • Tomato 375 gm
  • Green chilli 15-20
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Naan 4

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Onion 2

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 3/4 tsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilli 8-10
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Small cardamom 8-10
  • Nutmeg Mace powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Boil egg 4
  • Salt to taste
