Ingredients for Tomato Ketchup:

  • Tomato 2-1/2 kg
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 34/ cup
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Onion 1
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Black cardamom 2-3
  • Clove 3-4
  • Black pepper 6-8

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Sauce:

  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Aloo Bukharay Ki Chutney:

  • Aloo bukhara 250 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Red food color 1 drop
  • Almond 1 tbsp
