Ingredients for Delhi Ki Saadi Biryani:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg
  • Water 4 cups
  • Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
  • Mix whole pieces 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Star anise 2-3
  • Plum 8-10
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Orange food color 1 pinch
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion 4 medium
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Ingredients for Basin Ki Khandvian:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 3 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Ras Malai:

  • Dry milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio, Almonds 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
