Ingredients for Bori Curry:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Onion slices 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 3
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped mind 1/2 bunch
  • Potato 3
  • Roasted Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Roasted Chickpeas 1tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Sesame seed 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Khowsay:

For Gravy:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Onion 3 to 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Clove 5 to 6
  • Small cardamom 8 to 10
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Curry:

  • Gram flour 200 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Serving:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
  • Fried onion 2 to 3
  • Lemon 2 to 3
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Fried garlic 4 to 5 cloves
