Ingredients For Fish Biryani:

  • Fish  1 kg
  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Onion  250 gm
  • Tomatoes  375 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  6
  • Dried plum  50 gm
  • Star anise  4
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • Black cardamoms  2
  • Cloves  4
  • Nutmeg & Mace  1/4 tsp
  • Yellow color  1/4 tsp
  • Biryani essence  few drops

Ingredients For Cardamom Butter Chicken:

  • 1 kg chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp fenugreek  
  • 4 cloves
  • 6-7 cardamoms
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Chapati for serving 

Ingredients For Lemon Chicken Cutlets:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Potatoes boiled  1
  • Lemon  6 slices
  • Green chilies  2
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
  • Egg  2
  • Fresh bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Flour  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Oil  as required

Ingredients For Strawberry Crush:

  • Strawberry  1/4 kg
  • Crushed ice  1 cup
  • Water  2 cups
  • Sugar syrup  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves  as required
  • Black salt  1 tsp
