Ingredients For Lauki And Chanay Ki Daal:

  • Chana daal 200 gm
  • Lauki 200 gm
  • Whole big green chilies 4
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Roasted cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Chanay ki daal Ka Halwa:

  • Gram lentils 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Green cardamom 4 crushed
  • Green cardamoms 1 tsp
  • Ground Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Almonds blanched 3 tbsp
  • Pistachio 3 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Silver paper as required

Ingredients For Mulligatawny mutton:

  • Boiled mutton 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Green chilies 4
  • Whole button red chilies 6
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
  • Water  /2 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Pigeon lentil   cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
