Ingredients For Pan Fried Shashlik with Rice:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 2
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Put chicken, tomato, capsicum, onion cubes.
Now pour oil add chopped garlic paste, chicken cook it enough so that it turns to golden color.
Then add chopped red chili, mix all the vegetables, fry it for few minutes.
Now add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, worcester sauce, vinegar, sugar, chopped white pepper, chinese salt, salt, mix it well.
When it is mixed well then take it out in a platter then serve it with boiled rice.
Ingredients For Salt & Pepper Fish:
Fish fillet 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Method:
First give cuts to the fish fillet, add lemon juice, salt marinate it and keep it on a side.
Now put the beaten eggs.
Then add flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped black pepper and chinese salt to make batter.
Then coat the fish pieces with flour, then dip the fish in batter, deep fry it.
When it turns to golden color then take it out in a platter.
Serve it with french fries or salad.
Ingredients For Chinese Egg Fried Rice:
Boiled rice 300 gm
Eggs 3
Oil 1/2 cup
Spring onions 2
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Button mushrooms 1 cup
Chopped capsicum 1
Chopped carrots 1
Black mushrooms 3-4
Boiled peas 1 cup
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper powder1/2 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Salt as required
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, fry it till it turns to golden color.
Now add beaten egg, cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add button mushroom, black mushroom, chopped capsicum, chopped carrots, boiled peas, green onion, mix it then add boiled rice .
Then add salt, chopped black pepper, crushed black pepper, chinese salt, worcester sauce, mix it then serve it hot.
