Ingredients for Fried Fish Pur Bahar:

  • Fish 4
  • Garlic water 1 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chopped red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour 3/4 cup
  • Carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • Rice plain flour 2 tbsp
  • Food color (yellow) 1 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Hara Murgh Pulao:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilli 6-8
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Boil egg 4-5
