Ingredients for Zafrani Moong Daal Barfi:

  • Moong ki daal 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachio 10-12
  • Yellow color 1 pinch

Ingredients for Chicken Pakora:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Keemay Ki Bhujiya:

  • Mince 125 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chillies 4
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Imli Ki Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilli 2
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame 1 tsp
  • Coconut 1 tsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
