Ingredients for Zafrani Pulao:

  • Meat 1 kg
  • Sela rice 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 500 gm
  • Clove 10-12
  • Crushed green cardamom 10-12
  • Garlic 15-20 cloves
  • Ginger 5-6 tbsp
  • Ghee 5-6 tbsp
  • Saffron kewra 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 tsp
  • Saffron 1 pinch

Ingredients for Aloo Papri Chaat:

  • Potato 500 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Whole moong ki daal 250 gm
  • Dates 100 gm
  • Red food color 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Degi mirch 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Tamarind pulp 1 bowl
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Sev 1 packet
  • Papri 1 packet
  • Fry moong daal 1 packet
